I just now watched this video by Katie Hopkins and am only slightly perplexed. I realize that aparthied over there was not a good thing and quite frankly havent ever really looked into it. I will do so now. This video pertains to the taking of lands by the black population and new government as well as the murders taking place. Please watch and lets talk about this. As far as I know not many of the African countries are thriving if any. I would say more on this, but I realize that the education standards over there for the most part are pretty low or non existance.

The situation has turned 180 degrees in South Africa with white people being abused, attacked, forced out of their homes and off their land. They are compelled to live in ever smaller areas. It was seriously suggested that w****s should all move to one specific area and keep themselves separate. B****s are irony challenged, what they were proposing was apartheid for w****s.

Like I said pafret, I know next to nothing about aparthied. Actually the first I heard of it was from that one Lethal Weapons movie with Mel Gibson. However, from what I watched the South African white dudes were complete AHOLES!!!!! I really would like others to chime in about this and not the kind of diatribe where individuals are warning us that this could happen here kind of of stuff. Take care.

I did a report on apartheid in high school back in the early 70's. It WAS a horrible thing but it did bring higher learning and progress to Africa. Now it's all going back to the way it was before apartheid. A shame.

The Boers (Dutch) emigrated to the tip of South Africa and at that time there were no indigenous peoples occupying the land. The land however had been occupied by five different native populations in prior eons. Boers initially had a policy of no b****s allowed in their nation, but they imported s***es from other parts of the world. This became modified by the holders of the farms on the border of the rest of Africa, when they began enslaving some b****s to assist in farm work, without paying for expensive s***e imports. There was a desperate need for cheap manpower, first of all to survive and later to prosper. There were a series of forced accommodations, which allowed the b****s entry but confined them to specific ghettos. They were not considered citizens and had no rights.

The English entered the picture and ended s***ery when they defeated the South Africans in the Anglo-Boer war. After this defeat the Boers instituted the policy of Apartheid to prevent miscegenation and assure racial purity. Ever increasing numbers of b****s entered and were born in South Africa, living as non-citizens under apartheid which was a rigid system of control of b****s. This continued, with periodic r**ts by b****s culminating in Nelson Mandela's organized resistance which ultimately led to his Presidency and complete reversal of positions for the w****s. They were no longer the majority or the dominant power. The b****s are now treating the w****s as they were treated in the worst days, forgetting that this was the cause of their revolt.

James Michener wrote an excellent Historical Novel entitled "The Covenent", which covered the most of the history of South Africa. Worth reading

All I say is apartheid was wrong for white people (which it was) then it is just as wrong for black people !!!!!!
