It is not simply a legal question. There have been many laws in the past which have been later overturned. Just because something is legal, does not make it right. In the Dred Scott decision SCOTUS ruled 7 to 2 that a black man could never be a citizen. It also confirmed that no matter any other circumstances (In this case that Dred had been brought into free territory by his master and lived in freedom for 25 years with no complaint from his erstwhile master. He married a free black woman and had a family. Yet his "master" never actually legally provided manumission. When his former master died, both he and his wife (who had never been a s***e) were claimed to be the property of the widow of his former master.

If the argument by some that a******n is legal due to SCOTUS so shouldn't be questioned; then do the same people think the Republicans should not have fought for the abolition of s***ery? That President Lincoln was wrong to issue his Emancipation Proclamation? At the time no repeal of the SCOTUS decision had been made. And by the way, when I wrote "fought" I do not mean waving signs or destroying the property of innocent bystanders. I mean putting their lives on the line in war under military authority. Not where you can do only as much as you like then run home. But where you may be ordered to your death.

This type of r****m is inherent in Progressivism. Progressives believe that it is their sacred obligation to improve mankind through government and one of the ways is through selective breeding, including the elimination of the inferior through limiting their births.

Bad Bob, who bruits about his contributions to PP, is therefore contributing to an organization of r****m on a par with the KKK.

Because it is so nonsensical it dosn’t deserve a response. No honest person uses the unsanitary and illegal operation of one bad women’s health care clinic to condemn them all. The follow up responses are just as twisted, first use accurate language. A******n is a medical procedure recognized by every state in the nation and the federal government it is not and has never been murder or baby k*****g. An embryo or in a rare case fetus is legally removed from a woman who for what ever reason dosn’t want to be forced to become a mother. The wrongly maligned nonprofit Planned Parenthood does more to prevent a******ns than all the self proclaimed right to life (forced motherhood) groups combined. Planned Parenthood has a well defined mission to do their best to insure people only have children when they want them. They offer a multitude of services from sex education, women’s health care and access to reliable contraception to assist people in achieving this goal. The forced motherhood crowd fails to acknowledge that a woman in the US is over 20 times more likely to die carrying a pregnancy to term than from opting for a first trimester a******n. If any of you wants to have an impact on reducing the number of a******ns the best way is to insist that every person in this country receives sound science based sex education with explanation of every method of birth control. And that these methods are available to anyone who wants them. And dump the asinine abstinence only crap the Bible thumpers have foisted on our schools. It is the epitome of hypocrisy that our lecherous porn star bedding President has his education secretary pimping this line of nonsense. There is your rebuttal, I hope you don’t choke on it.
