Why would that be? I have to think that he knows the extremely high number of Mexican citizens living there and that they could v**e in the upcoming e******n. I wonder how many of those people will v**e in the next e******n in both countries. They were told by AG Holder that they could v**e in the American e******ns, and I am sure more than just a few did so in 2016. They think the US owes them many things and are surely willing to help the Democrat party out by v****g here.

I am talking about the fact that non-citizens aren't allowed to v**e in the US there than in areas where such things aren't allowed by local law.
