USA Federal E******n Donations

USA Law should limit Federal E******n donations to be by Registered V**ers to Candidates Registered to run for Offices within the V**ers' State only...

Registered V**ers are the only people who will be Electing the Candidates, so, they should be the only people who can financially support the Candidates... This would preclude any and all companies, corporations, organizations. unions, clubs from donating to any Candidate running for a Federal Office...

In this way, the rich can still financially support Candidates... But only if they are a Registered V**er... And their financial influence would be limited to only Candidates running for USA Offices within the State they are a Registered V**er in...

And all donations to Candidates Registered to run for USA Offices must be made public by the Candidates within 48 hours of receipt, and include the name of the Registered V**er making the donation, and the amount of the donation... No anonymous donations can be made...

It is against the law to accept donations from foreign governments, all countries know this.................so they funnel donations through their spy networks shell companies. Our politicians and law enforcement know this is being done, foreign donations given to US politicians and political entities through clandestine means, yet they turn a blind eye to it.

Did you know that politicians who fail to get elected, may continue to spend their campaign funds? Did you know that retired politicians, may continue to take donations and spend campaign funds, even though they do not run for any other office? IMHO, there should be a law requiring that those funds be donated to charity, and a cessation of continuing to collect donations, when one is not seeking an elected office.

I think you may have just solved the problem of campaigns being bought. These changes would certainly limit that "contributions" of Soros.
I like it, let's implement it today!!
SGM B out.

You're talking about asking SCOTUS to reverse its ruling. Good luck with that.

king hall... Actually, I talking about asking Congressfolk, who welcome monies from any person of institution within the USA, to limit their potential contributions... I need to have them change their campaigning principles first... Then I'm looking for the Federal Judiciary to simply view these Federal Laws as Constitutional...

So, you see, I am looking for way more luck than you mentioned...
