Had to look that up (I'm a city boy)...but no, never had the pleasure. I do like sweet breads and blood pudding, so it's not like I wouldn't try them given the opportunity.

I'm not a fan of blood pudding myself. Sweetbreads are good, though.

A fish fry? I'm thinking some nice Carolina catfish battered in buttermilk, corn meal and garlic. Add some slaw....mmmm.

Not bad. But deep fried kingfish and Grouper in an Italian breadcrumb batter. Hard to beat.

Does sound good....I've had fresh fried grouper and they're hard to beat. Pretty expensive though.
