Under the radar: Trump signed a new EO revamping the UCMJ (Uniform Court of Military Justice) as to military tribunals. Last month Trump recalled 1,000 military officers... only officers may serve on a military tribunal.

Marshall Law: Remember the missile warning/attack in Hawaii? It was real, that allows Trump to declare Martial Law whenever he decides to. That gives him control over all military, Nat'l Guard, and local police.
Expect powerful politicians, judges, MSM, i******s, MS-13, etc... to be rounded up and either arrested or deported. Once this happens a few B*M, A****a, ISIS cells etc... will try and start r**ts... they will be dealt with in short order. The purge and return to law and order began in Saudia Arabia, then here, next is Asia and finally Europe.
This is a worldwide return to Law and Order. Trump has control over the NSA and CIA as of now. Why would you say that? Name one thing that indicates Trump wants to be a dictator. He is simply trying to right the ship of state and return to following the Constitution as written. You know that document that allowed us to become a great nation under God.

Read my post, it started with "IF". Obviously Trump has not done this and the condition of war or attack never materialized. No one is arguing about the powers granted under Martial law but the sweeping assault on all of his opponents would be the action of a dictator, not the preserver of the nation. You need to bear in mind that those nay-sayers are using their Constitutional rights to object and oppose Trump. Only when under attack can Trump or any other leader suppress all dissent.

The argument is moot, had the Hawaiian incoming missile been real it would undoubtedly been followed by atomic attacks on the mainland. It is questionable how many people would be left to round up or how many would be capable of doing it.

Yeah, I did glide over that "if" sometimes referred to as the biggest word in the dictionary. The source I read and I forget where I read it; says it was a rouge Chinese sub and was destroyed by the Chinese gov't. guess maybe they have a k**l switch on their subs. "Personally", I think we fired off one of our missile's and then shot it down to enable Trump to use martial law to make needed fixes and China gave Trump cover.
