"The background to today’s question is rather important. The website Deagle ( http://www.deagel.com ) provides news and intelligence on international military aviation and advanced technologies. Their website has articles dating back to 2003. Their reports provide information which is subsequently used by global intelligence communities and governments, including the United States of America.
