After all, patient privacy regarding medical issues is supposed to a right.
Enacted in 1996 to protect patients from being discriminated against by employers and insurance companies.
And how many returning veterans require mental treatment for PTSD.

You mean kinda like BOBO did when he wanted "older" people questioned as to if they could balance their check book and if the answer was "NO", they could be declared incompetent and thus couldn't own a gun....you mean like THAT ????
