With all due respect, e, I think I have, numerous times, stated my position. What's going on? Are you on your way to work?

Trying to head back to the farm for the weekend... we start & quit early on Fridays... The only personal opinion that I recall was early on about the USS liberty... everything else has been second hand through the opinions of others via link ...I don't recall you supporting, "just exposing" according to you... if you are in fact of the same opinion as most of the links you provide... than except for the love of animals we have little in common as far as people go... Like I said its easy to blame & much more involved to understand enough to form a real opinion...

Unless you missed it, I've posted my concerns about Jewish interests influencing Congress. I posted concerns that our military is in the Middleast because of Israel's interests and a host of other positions that I don't recall off-hand. As for people: I tend to be a bit misanthropic unless a common interest exists. Would I act on my misanthropic tendencies, probably not! In fact, misanthropic may be a bit misleading, disappointed, may better explain my attitude. That common interest? As you indicate, is usually a love and concern for the animals and all of natures wonders.

I recall you stating that you're just the messenger providing a point of view & that was all... It is more than obvious your statement was false... Since you enjoy games lets play... Wintering in Tx... how would you feel if Mexican freedom fighters launched missiles at your family on a regular basis claiming ownership of your land, what would you do?... A... give back the land you purchased, improved and fought for or B... fight back?...

Well, I don't know, e. The Kuwait issue was about kicking Saddam out of there. We went into Irag and Afghanistan over 9-11 which many felt was a false f**g operation. If not for the 9-11 episode, would we have gone there? There is a lot of skullduggeries swirling around. At one point Saddam and Irag was our best friend, next thing one knows, we go to war against him. There were false reports of weapons of mass destruction used to justify that war.

One thing I've learned, it's best to be skeptical of official reports. I also don't buy into the Idea that Iran poses a threat to the U.S. Iran may pose a threat to Israel, but that's their problem. There are those that are constantly reminding that Israel is the only democratic country in that region. My reaction to that: So what!

Peekin' under the covers, one would find that much of what America does in the Middle East is driven by Israel. At this point-in-time, to my knowledge, with American oil production at the present level, involvement in the Middle East is questionable.

Actually, we need to worry about Iran. Iran is widely recognized as the world's leading state sponsor of international terrorism. Both directly and indirectly, Iran funds, trains and arms groups that share the regime's stated goal of destroying Israel and the West, as well as o*******wing regimes in Muslim countries such as Egypt and Saudi Arabia. These groups include Al Qaeda, Hezbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Hamas. Iran also provides support to insurgent groups in Lebanon, Iraq and Afghanistan which have inflicted casualties on American, British, Australian and other multinational forces.

Iran is expanding its terror network beyond the Middle East, using Hezbollah and splinter groups of Iran's Revolutionary Guard to recruit and train sleeper cells in foreign countries. The terror network that Iran has created and continues to sustain, combined with the regime's determination to become a nuclear power, is a serious international security issue and a growing global concern. FBI officials have also noted that Hezbollah has a sizable presence in the United States, and suspects that Hezbollah may be planning to activate sleeper cells in the New York City area.

I totally agree...Iran enjoys hiding behind Putin's might while inciting Islamic jihad world wide... Much of the disinformation here at home stems from Iran ...

I'm gonna fight, e. I'm gonna leave this discussion. I just received the unsettling news that a farmer friend that I've worked for, off and on, since I retired, has gone belly-up. My concern is, if he was in trouble, how many others are on the cusp of going over the fiscal cliff? Having farm ground myself, I'm concerned for our renter's situation. I'm gonna create a thread with some information attached regarding the present condition of agriculture. Or, I'm gonna attempt to post something, it's extremely long so it probably won't post, and I don't know how to break it down.

So you choose to fight just the same as Israel has for the last 70 years & the same as I would if I were Israeli... War sucks especially when you choose peace ... the ME is all about Islamic aggression & the Jews just want a home...

Maybe it would be better if you both continued to square off with verbal bursts and leave it at that! Mike

Speaking of Russian shotguns, perhaps I also have one like yours. Mine is a 12 gauge, styled after the AK-47, it has a banana clip and will adapt a barrel magazine, as well. I've thought about purchasing a barrel magazine. Perhaps though, it would be better if we squared off with paintball guns.
