LOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gov is not yo mama.

Well the world is a mess & people take to much liberty when they seek what they want.
It is not in the best interest for most of us to have shoot outs in the streets or other areas..

Having more people carring more guns is not in the best interest of the safety for the rest of us.

Deninng any form or messure of control is totaly irresposible.

It will only be with a loss of individual freedoms if a reasonable method is not found.
When a plan is made to keep guns out of the hands of the wrong people.
It becomes an almost hopless task to do it with out infringment on the rights others.
How do you judge fairly before hand who gets the guns & who don't?
All of this is taking place in a system that seeks profits from the sale of guns.

I hope you do well in knowing when to pull the trigger & when not.
Most of all I hope that I am no where near.

I will and have, thank you very much.

First of all, there are plenty of bad guys carrying guns right in front of your face as well as good guys, you simply don't know it.

As far as I know there is nothing being proposed which will increase or decrease either one. I support the training and arming of teachers who wish to be so trained and armed. It should be covert and there should be no way a student or visitor of the school would be aware of who is armed and who is not. It should be posted for all to see that there are armed teachers or other personnel on the premises. The schools should be secured also by physical means with the addition of metal detectors as well as random searches of student lockers and the use of other means of locating fire arms possessed by a student.

Either way, banning a certain style firearm is simply not going to work to make schools safer. Period. You can wallow in emotional sludge all day long and that won't change. Again, PERIOD. Whether you are one of the victims proclaiming this isn't political or not, or if you are CNN or some other liberal outlet with an agenda, it simply will not work. Period.

Who was it that said "Those who beat their swords into plowshares will plow for those who do not."?

Gee anyone notice that the "Floyd Brown" is a lying coward that refuses to reply when empirical evidence is proving his l*****t talking points and ideology of the constitution are dead wrong.

Only a dipstick would continue on with l*****t liberal anti-gun anti-constitution drivel, in the face of empirical evidence supporting conservatives respect and understanding of the true meaning of the constitution.

I remember the quote well enough but have no idea of the source. Religious? Interesting. I've tried searching it and get hits from Thomas Jefferson to Isaiah 2:4, but the bible passage does not include the part about plowing for those who do not. What it actually says is: "And they will hammer their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, And never again will they learn war."

See what I mean?

no they can not. CNN has really no reporters at all, but simply said, "Waschweiber"

Just listening in on CNN response to the NRA directors speech. They clearly are irrational. One i***t referred to it as a half hour of verbal vomit.

The NRA has several viable and logical recommendations for help to stop this type of thing, but the left is only focused on getting rid of AR-15's and raising the age to get a gun.

Welp, when they get their way and another k*****g occurs, maybe they'll understand. I doubt it.

Yes, I knew it had biblical origins but the last part, about plowing for those who do not, threw me off.

Probably a late addition by some contemporary personage wanting to make a point.

I looked it up, it's a town (city?) in Germany. That's as far as I got. Makes no sense... Maybe something happened there? It's not in the newsfeeds...

I didn't leave anything last time I was there. I did blow up my motorcycle on the A6 though. Remember when the Honda CBR900RR Fireblade first came out? I just had to have one. It made 168mph before it redlined. I just had to push it...

Do you see the word 'protection' in there? Do you see that word anywhere in the constitution? Another word you won't find in the US Constitution or in any of the constitutions of the fifty States: 'Democracy'. There's good reasons why those words do not appear in those documents. There's no 'confusion'. There's no snowflake little turd whining and crying about how the Constitution is supposed to protect him from his big, bad neighbors.

If you walk down your street looking over your shoulder worrying about where the bullet's going to come from, I suggest you find a good psychiatrist to help you with your paranoia. Otherwise, find a quieter place to live. The law is not there to protect you, the legal system is there to apprehend and punish those who break the law, hopefully to promote the general welfare. Oops, there's another egregiously misunderstood and highly twisted word, 'welfare'. Sometimes, there can be no substitute for having 'the fastest gun' as you put it.
US Constitution: Preamble: br br "We the Pe... (show quote)

Then I will ask that my domestic tranquility be protected.
I am not saying that I or you will ever see the day it happens.
But if you & you guns are taken as a threat to over throw those in control of government you will be looked at as a terrorest.

Good god our corrent President called out Demotrats as terrorists for not aplauding his speach.

I have no compelling interest in you having or not having a gun.
There is an over compelling reason or logic that will in the end vastly change how the issue is handled.

You & I are divided on too many issues to ever agree on what is going to happen or to influance what changes will be made.

Just remmber who controls our government.
One clue it is not you or I or most people like us.
They have it their way & any one who truly stands in thier way will be called a terrorist.
And be treated as a terrorist.

Have you not been paying attention to all of the changes in the laws?
Do you remmber Waco?
Do you recall the speculation over why government agencies were stockpiling guns shells in vast numbers.
Is it possible it would be used to defend against a hostile take over.

You might know the words of the Constitution saying you have the right to have the gun.
But there is the other person with a bigger gun saying it is their job to stop you from doing what you wish to do.

You may not like the way some things are done but out & out force against the those in control of our government is not going to work.

So as a hopefuly last word.
I say lock your guns up tight & your mouth tighter & trust that those in the government can keep the system basically secure.

Until you & I & people like us can come to some common ground to agree on. The path of the erroding quality of life here on Earth will continue.

I do not remember that one. I now own my first Honda ever, a 1982 CBX 1000. I'm thinking it won't go that fast. Back kin 78, I got my KZ 1000 up to 130 and felt it lung forward when I lifted my legs back. That was enough for me.

So, since you've been over there, then we should rent bikes and hop a ferry over to the Isle of Mann. I have an English buddy who does that periodically with his dad, but old dad is just too old for it now. It's on my bucket list. I'll do it by myself eventually.
