After months of the liberal media ridiculing Trump over his claim that Obama spied on him during the e******n, Trump finally got vindication this week. America learned the t***h on Tuesday that Obama did in fact unconstitutionally spy on Trump throughout the p**********l e******n, leaving Barack Obama with his pants down yet again.
Now former intelligence officer Lt. Col Tony Shaffer just revealed that Obamas wiretapping was not only a federal crime, but says that the results of this investigation will likely result in Obama being brought up on FELONY CHARGES. The colonels dire prediction about Obamas future is sending shock-waves through the black hearts of liberals all across America today, as its now thrown a monkey wrench into Obamas plans to stage his political comeback this fall.

In a recent interview with Trending Today USA, Lt. Col Tony Shaffer called Obamagate an order of magnitude even bigger than the Watergate scandal because the incident included using nation-state resources for purposes of political gain.

When asked if Obama could be arrested for violating the law, he said that it would be the first time a former president could be indicted for a felony.
I think it is very possible that he acted outside of the scope of his duties, responsibilities and authorities to turn the resources of a nation-state on a candidate. This is, as Ive said before, soviet-dictator level wrongdoing, he added.

Shaffer said that Obama using government resources to spy on Trump was for the sole purpose of getting Hillary into office, as Obama hoped the wiretapping would produce enough dirt on Trump to sabotage his p**********l run.

Given Shaffers lengthy military career, his rise to the top of the American intelligence community, and his current senior position at the prestigious London Center for Policy Research, his prediction about Obama shouldnt be scoffed at. Being brought up on felony charges would completely destroy Obamas plan of making his political comeback this year, as hed be trying to figure out a way to keep himself out of prison instead of spending his hours obsessing with ways to bring Trump down.

If these reports are accurate, it means U.S. intelligence agencies secretly surveilled at least a half dozen Trump associates. And those are just the ones we know about.
Besides Manafort, the officials include former Trump advisers Carter Page and Michael Flynn. Last week, we discovered multiple Trump t***sition officials were incidentally captured during government surveillance of a foreign official. We know this because former Obama adviser Susan Rice reportedly admitted unmasking, or asking to know the identities of, the officials. Spying on U.S. citizens is considered so sensitive, their names are supposed to be hidden or masked, even inside the government, to protect their privacy.
In May, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates acknowledged they, too, reviewed communications of political figures, secretly collected under President Obama.
After getting away with wh**ever the hell he wanted over the past 8 years and wiping his butt with the Constitution, it looks like Obamas cockiness might just be his undoing. He might have gotten away with his antics in the past, but things are vastly different now that Obama doesnt have all his minions blocking all investigations into his crimes, as was the case when he was president.
If this colonels predication is in fact true, Obamas little plan to keep trolling Trump with his little shadow government from the headquarters of his D.C. home could soon be coming to an abrupt end. How poetic would it be that after spending 8 years pandering to terrorists and trying to destroy America that Obama could live out the rest of his life behind bars in an orange jumpsuit? Sounds like perfect justice for America!

We the people are aware of the various felony crimes of Mr. Obama and even treason, but who is the brave justice system who could bring him out? Our Justice system I think is so incompetent, allowing Mueller prolong investigating the innocent Trump whereas right under their noses, they must be the party to be investigated.

With this heavy crimes of Mr. Obama. he is protected by the Deep State. the Underground Forces, that will take armies of battalion to get him.

The crimes of president Nixon was a tip of the iceberg compared to these massive crimes of Obama, but no one can get him. He ensured that he is safely protected when doing his criminal activities.

In Obama's case, he personally used the DHS, NSA, FBI, CIA State Department and others to break the law.

A former Army colonel at the center of a years-long controversy related to the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon may be joining the Trump administration as a senior Defense Department intelligence official.

Retired Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer, 54, said he was invited to join the administration in some capacity, but declined to say who approached him or what the job might be. The position would be at the “senior defense intelligence” level, Shaffer has told associates who asked for anonymity because the discussions were considered private.

“I was asked to put my name in for a job—that's it,” Shaffer said in a brief telephone interview. He is connected to retired Army Lieutenant General Michael T. Flynn, the incoming White House National Security Adviser, through their joint service in Afghanistan as well as The London Center, a New York-based conservative think tank where Shaffer is vice president for strategic initiatives and operations. At a banquet in September, Shaffer presented Flynn, a senior fellow at the center, with a leadership award. The center is named after its founder, Herbert I. London, a widely published social critic and one time Conservative Party candidate for mayor of New York.

Shaffer ignited years of Pentagon and congressional investigations a decade ago with his charges that Defense Department suppressed the existence of his top-secret unit’s reports on the 9/11 plotters a year in advance of the attacks. The reason, he said in interviews, congressional testimony and a book, Operation Dark Heart, was that Defense Department officials didn’t want to be blamed for the intelligence failure that tarred other security agencies. The first edition of the book was bought up and pulped by the Pentagon even after reporters had received advance review copies of it. Shaffer’s publisher later issued a heavily censored edition.

A 16-month investigation by the Senate Intelligence Committee concluded that Shaffer’s operation, code-named ABLE DANGER, “did not identify Mohamed Atta or any other 9/11 hijacker at any time prior to September 11, 2001," and dismissed other assertions that have fueled 9/11 conspiracy theories. The Defense Department’s inspector general (DoD OIG) made a similar conclusion.
