A friend of mine who is a nurse practitioner at a teaching hospital said that this study and report is accurate and the results may be momentous.

If it is red because of blood,it isn't healthy. Eat a lot of raspberries in one sitting and it will change the color of your urine.

Juice a sugar beet and drink the juice. It lowers you your blood pressure (but do not drink it if you are on blood pressure medicine without telling your doctor). It turns your piss red and your #2 red. It is really good for you and has no side effects except for lowering your blood pressure without medicine. Research it and you will know the t***h that your doctor will not tell you as he can make no money off of sugar beets.
70 years old and on no medications. Only take what I research and find that will work.

I buy the beet powder mix with cranberry pinapple juice and vanilla yogurt I make a smoothie out of it just dont take b/p meds for 2 hours after by then what ever action its going to do has already happened and I do take b/p meds also yes ask your dr. it may interact with some meds and cause side effects. I buy mine from Amazon
