I just came across an eye-opening essay from Eric Erickson at Redstate.com/morning breifing March 19 that discussed the 1984 Republican National Convention in which some very recent 'foreign policy' escapades were brought up by Jeane Kirkpatrick, Ambassador to the United Nations who was a democrat at the time. These escapades are from the brainchild of the "San Francisco democrats" who included John Kerry(American troops are terrorizing Iraqi citizens...quote, unquote 2005) who in 1984 teamed up with Sen. Tom Harkin from Iowa to undermine the western backed Contras through Congress which 'made it easier' for the Soviet Union to pour money to Daniel Ortegas Sandinista party. We all know what that led to. They even entertained Ortega at Times Square. Also, around that time, Grenada erupted with total anarchy in which American students and native civilians who shunned c*******t rule (Cuba) were in peril. At the same time across the pond, a phyhco bomber k**ls 263 marines in Lebanon. Jeane Kirkpatrick brought these up at the RNC in Dallas and what was amazing to her was how these "San Francisco democrats" blamed the USA for all of this just mentioned. We were only the re-action to the action but according to democrats...any action except the fetal position is unacceptable to them. If thatz not growing old...I don't know what is! Yea, I don't like it either but you must admit it, mankind is still in the jungle but to the democrats...every inhabitant of this planet went to Yale so we should all come to our senses. Welcome to la-la land folks. With alittle pixie dust...can't we all just get along? The world is a long way from what the democrats actually think it is...talk about putting your head in the sand!!!! Flash forward to the present! Now these democrats have degressed in the mind to that of an actual child with foreign policy that borders the dangerously insane considering the shape the world is in today. Obama has licked every foreign leader's feet that he has met. Congress iz infested with children who have a major problem with are military and hopefully the Sargents who run the army will buck up since the Brass's ballz have been clipped by this 'head in the sand' philosophy that the left believes in. Not growing old has it's advantages. The mind remaining that of a child...iz not one of them.
Wow you said alot. I don't even know where to begin. Reagan was the commander in chief at that time. How was any of that the Democrats fault? Keeping your idea of the world is fairly childish too. Blame the dems, blame the dems, blame the dems, continue to blame the dems. Go back to the 1950's and blame the dems some more.

the dems aren't to blame for all things past and present...itz their elementary school mentality that's really not being taken that seriously by parts of the world because parts of the world saw what happened to america in the late 60's (child telling parent what to do) and will not let that happen to them. if thatz not parental advise...i don't know what iz!!!!!
