How illogical can you get? If the area is really so poor that the demand for an ATM is so low that only one exists which just happens to be in a strip club, how in the world can a strip club survive as a business? And what bank would locate one in a strip club anyway, if they only had one to install? Wouldn't that make it kind of hard for the elderly woman or a woman with kids in tow to access it?
Sadly, this sounds like the logic being used by almost all the Dems in Washington.
The reason welfare is bad is not because it costs too much, nor because it "undermines the work ethic," but because it is intrinsically at odds with the way human beings come to live satisfying lives.
