Democrats are Puppets, and They’re Being Played by Vladimir Putin
What if the entire fairy tale concocted by the Democratic Party – that Donald Trump and Moscow secretly colluded to disrupt American democracy and rig the e******n…was exactly backwards? What if it was Democratic Party apparatus and players – the DNC, Hillary Clinton, Fusion GPS, Robert Mueller, Congressional Democrats – who were the (witting or unwitting) pawns in a larger Kremlin-designed plan to destroy the country’s faith in the republic?
As a former CIA station chief writes it in the Wall Street Journal, you don’t have to believe in grand, multilevel, global conspiracy theories to believe that this might be the case. You just need to believe in gullible, politically-driven Democrats and Vladimir Putin’s ability to mislead a former British spy. If you can swallow those two easily-digestible possibilities, you have yourself a very strong theory for what’s happening right now.
In one of the most thoughtful, insightful op-eds we’ve seen in a major newspaper in a long time, Daniel Hoffman made a convincing case for believing that Hillary Clinton and the Democrats are doing Putin’s bidding…and that they’re taking the U.S. intelligence community along for the ride. “The dossier was part of a Russian espionage disinformation plot targeting both parties and America’s political process,” Hoffman wrote. “This is what seems most likely to me, having spent much of my 30-year government career, including with the CIA, observing Soviet and then Russian intelligence operations.”
In support of his thesis, Hoffman provided three strong points.
“There are three reasons the Kremlin would have detected Mr. Steele’s information gathering and seen an opportunity to intervene,” he wrote. “First, Mr. Steele did not travel to Russia to acquire his information and instead relied on intermediaries. That is a weak link, since Russia’s internal police service, the FSB, dev**es significant technical and human resources to blanket surveillance of Western private citizens and government officials, with a particular focus on uncovering their Russian contacts.
“Second,” he continued, “Mr. Steele was an especially likely target for such surveillance given that he had retired from MI-6, the British spy agency, after serving in Moscow. Russians are fond of saying that there is no such thing as a ‘former’ intelligence officer. The FSB would have had its eye on him.
“Third, the Kremlin successfully hacked into the Democratic National Committee,” Hoffman concluded. “Emails there could have tipped it off that the Clinton campaign was collecting information on Mr. Trump’s dealings in Russia.”
Now, if you buy into Hoffman’s theory – and it is difficult to deny the strength of his argument – the question remains: Do Democrats KNOW that they’re “colluding” with the Russians, to use their own terminology? Or are they just pawns in a game that exceeds their intelligence?

That certainly explains why trump refuses to implement those sanctions on Russia that he signed for. We see exactly who works for putin.

Trump has been laundering Russian mob money for decades, since no US bank would give him any more loans.
