Everyone needs to watch some reruns

Everyone one the right and the left, needs to watch some reruns of the 2016 campaign. Trump especially needs to refresh his memory on what, exactly, he promised. He's now asking for 25 billion of US taxpayer money, to build a wall he promised - Mexico would pay for.

We watched the walk back of that promise; when Mexico said " no way in hell " they'd pay for a wall, Trump promised that they WOULD pay - one way or the other. Now, he's dropped all pretense of getting Mexico to pay anything, and demanding that YOU pay for it.....and pretending he's keeping a campaign promise.

Are all Americans suffering from short term memory loss? Where's the replacement for Obama care? Congress is STILL dismantling the ACA piece by piece, without doing a single thing to seek a replacement, stabilize insurance markets or anything at all. Americans are not saying a word about it.

The whole idea of electing an "outsider" to the Presidency, was to upset the apple cart in DC, and bring some honesty back to our politics.................right? So............why aren't we demanding the honesty? We are defending politicians simply because they're in our party, regardless of the stupid things they say and do. We are even defending them, when we KNOW they lied to us and treated us like i***ts.

America will never succeed as long as we make ideology our focus, simply because there is not a majority of folks that think EXACTLY the same way about anything. Party leadership cannot FORCE everyone on their rolls to really believe wh**ever platform they create, because people make up their own minds about stuff. They can, however, count on most of them to back their plays...............simply because they are scared of what the "other side" might do.

When people create their own ideology based on what they REALLY BELIEVE, they will discover that there are more of us who agree on stuff than disagree, creating an instant majority, but then, that doesn't comply with basic partisan motives...which is to get Americans to hand over their power to a few people to wield.

There are more than on way to have Mexico pay for the wall, time will tell the tail. We lock our doors at night to keep the people inside safe we should do the same fir our borders. The Democrats and some Republicans are trying to fix the leaking toilet while the house burns down. πŸ‘πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Did anyone with any sense ever really believe that Mexico would pay for the wall. That corrupt country fights constantly against us even thinking about a wall. They want that border left wide open so they can send more millions of their poorest citizens here for us to support and them to remit our money back to THEIR country. BUT, there certainly ARE ways to force Mexico to, indirectly, pay for the wall. One way is to immediately put a surcharge of $10 on EVERY monetary remittance going out of the country. Another way, is to began an efficient, organized, 24/7 deportation of Mexican i******s (begin with DACA). Just think of the billions we would save EVERY YEAR, money that could build the wall, staff it with plenty of trained patrols with guns and dogs, and plenty of other things we need to do. Of course, instead of doing anything that sensible, congress will continue spending billions annually to take care of more and more foreign i******s from everywhere and continue to give billions annually to other countries & global organizations, all who dislike, even h**e, us, and for which generosity we receive little or nothing.
