Democrats Seething Because T***p W*n’t Give Them Amnesty For Nothing

According to a new report from Politico, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has told President Donald Trump that as long as immigration hardliners like Sen. Tom Cotton are involved in negotiations, Democrats will not agree to a deal on DACA. Schumer, who is desperately trying to find a way to get amnesty for Dreamers without giving away anything of substance on the issue of immigration, is frustrated and angry that Trump is listening to the likes of Cotton – a man who understands who devastating today’s immigration levels have been for American workers. At a meeting with the president this week, Schumer told Trump that Cotton and his allies, such as Sen. David Perdue, did not have the West Wing’s best interests at heart.

“There is no deal that Sen. Cotton or Rep. Goodlatte could forge that could earn the majority of either the House or the Senate,” Schumer said on the Senate floor on Thursday. “If Sen. Cotton and Rep. Goodlatte have veto power over an agreement, everyone knows there won’t be an agreement.”

If that’s truly the case, then all we can say is: GOOD!

Cotton, unlike the Lindsey Grahams of the Republican Party, actually gets it. He gets that the American people did not v**e for a continuation of the same old, same old when they pulled the lever for Donald Trump. Not on the economy, not on terrorism, and sure as hell not on i*****l i*********n. For Trump to agree to some phony “deal” that gives amnesty to hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of i*****l i*******ts would be nothing short of a slap in the face. Cotton not only has the president’s political interests in mind when he counsels the White House, he is speaking up for the millions of Americans who v**ed for change.
As Cotton himself told Politico, the reason Schumer doesn’t want him involved in these negotiations is “probably because I would get a good deal, and he wants a bad deal.”
That basically says it all. Schumer is living in this fantasyland where Democrats can basically schmooze Trump and trick him into signing something that is favorable only to the left’s open border agenda. Trade DACA amnesty for a few token upgrades to border security, a few meaningless changes to Temporary Protected Status, and little else. They want the whole kit and caboodle, as if they – not Republicans – controlled Capitol Hill. And they’re irritated that Republicans like Cotton are telling the president to hold his ground.

As far as we can tell, the Democrats have proven that they’re not serious about protecting the Dreamers. It simply doesn’t mean that much to them. No, they want to play a game where they can run against the “cruel, vicious” Trump administration in the midterms, and they’re willing to sacrifice 800,000 i*****l i*******ts to do so.

We have a feeling they’re vastly overestimating how much the average American actually cares about these Dreamers, but hey, that’s not for us to say.

Democrats Seething Because T***p W*n’t Give Them A... (show quote)

The demonrats are always seething, full of hatred, full of deception and lawlessness. Nothing positive for real Americans ever comes out of this sorrowful party. This party supports anything and everything that is anti American and goes contrary to our founding principles.

It would be rule of law to get rid of all of them...thus no questions to argue!
