I think that is very appropriate. After all, Obama is a New Age Founding Father of sorts in his own rights. He is well loved in Britain, Germany and France, as well as by the majority of the good people the these United States of America and the greater Americas. He is a first fruits of a sort, being the very first descendant of people who were once cruely and inhumanely ens***ed in this country, and systematically and forcefully separated from their cultures, values, languages and histories, being severely handicapped in education, wealth, and civil respect for more than 300 years! For a descendant of a people who labored and continue to labor under such tremendous and widespread institutional racial disparities of such a magnitude and scale as the people of identifiable African descent who were FORCED to become Americans, I'd say that President Barak Obama's achievement of becoming the duly elected President and LEADER of all the free world is nothing short of phenomenal and worthy of the highest historical and patriotic recognition which could ever be awarded to a President in this country.
