No no, Bradley Manning running for the Senate is great. It is a t*********red t*****r and is primaring a Democrat. It has no chance to win. Even most Democrats would not v**e for it, but it will split off a certain segment of the looney left and also embarrass many Democrats that this person is on their side. It may even encourage some closet Conservatives in Maryland to finally realize that the left is bat crap crazy and to v**e against Democrats.

I don't know if he could even legally serve if he was elected. Senators are given classified information. How can a guy who was caught leaking ever be trusted again ? Obama did everything for political advantage. I don't get what benefit he got with the Manning pardon. Manning is a political leper.

Manning wasn't pardoned, he had his sentence commuted to "time served" - he (yes he) is still a convicted felon, espionage I believe.
Like you, I'm not sure he could be seated if elected. I know he could not pass a security investigation for a top secrete clearance.

His TV commercial is insane. He's sounding like he wants open warfare in the streets. Total whack job... but then anyone that wants to surrender their g*****lia to a knife has to be pretty whacked out to start with.
