Looks like some sort of macaw, which is a variety of the parrot family.

If you look closely its a woman body painted with her arm over her head for the mackhaws head look at the tail and you will see her foot.
The mackaws eye is on her forehead.

Thanks!! At first, I thought "hidden agenda?" but saw your second post -- and then I looked really hard. The first human body part I recognized was the outstretched leg. The face took me the longest. Did you see the person as a whole being, or did it come to you "in pieces and parts" first?
