If you had tents, you weren't in a bivouac. You were in a camp. Bivouacs don't use 'cover', camps do.

I don't 'do' facebook, so couldn't watch the video. Got it anywhere else?

I only used bivouac as a bit of amusement.. But that does not mean that I recall what it was called.

Think we only went "on an exercise" and called the camp nothing at all.

The flood was exciting.. Wish I could post the video rather then only a link, would be so much more direct for everyone..

I've heard of them. Nice and sunny where you are but it rained 10 miles away and... Here it comes! Still, would like to see the video.
