The below states appear to still have anti-sodomy laws (which includes oral sex) on their books.
Fortunately most folks in these states happily break the law often. Or so I am told.



Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Utah.

In any case, SCOTUS has ruled those laws unconstitutional, so they are unenforceable.
My guess is the legislatures do not repeal them for political purposes anyway.
