I'll start it off with a easy one;
Belief in a higher power.

The collapse of c*******t Russia was caused by the same thing that caused its creation. An authoritarian regime that turned its back on its people.

big, In the short run, it was being outspent by the US in defense. In the long run, it was the fact that c*******m just didn't work. In order for an economic ideology to work, it must have incentive. Can you imagine going into a restaurant for lunch and its closed. The waiters get the same pay if its open or closed, so why work. The rubrics cube was invented by a person in C*******t Hungary. As a reward for bringing millions and millions of dollars to his factory, the only reward he received was his picture on the wall, reading " worker of the month ". In this country Rubic would have patented the cube, made millions of dollars and told the company what they could do with the picture.

That's correct.

Also, the American economy and military was much more efficient. Less waste in bureaucracy (which is amazing to any vet to figure how there could be a more bureaucratic military than ours.).

The USSR at the time spent somewhere around twice the share of it's budget on Defense as did the US. And the USSR was a nanny-state, meaning that it had more social programs to inadequately fund.

IOW - We defeated them because Freedom is superior to totalitarianism...

The military may run efficiently but it doesn't use our tax dollars that way! Remember the $100 dollar shovel exposure?
Open contracts, lots of crap going on, bureaucracy effect!

They failed because they ran out of other peoples' money.

C*******m cannot survive as a political system without the support of capitalism. C*******ts need capitalists to provide the funds to support the regime. When the capitalists quit paying up, c*******m collapses under the weight of its on bureaucracy.

Well, that and the lack of creative incentive in the marketplace. Oh, that's right, there is no marketplace. So how do they know what to charge? Oh, that's right, look to capitalist markets to decide that.

But, then how do they know how much to pay the workers? Oh, that's right, 'to each according to his need'. Won't that mean some work harder than others for the same pay? Sure, but 'from each according to his ability'. So how do you know you're getting a fair day's work for a fair day's pay? That's easy. The bureaucrats figure that out.

So there's no real way to gauge if an employee is 'paying his way' or not? No, but that's not necessary in any case, because 'form each according to his ability'. Like we said, the bureaucrats got that covered.

Confused yet?
