If it is true,as you say above that money does not affect your v**e, and you are no different than other v**ers in this respect, how is the "rich" buying the v**e as you say they are ??????????????

When I and you and other citizens donate money, is the total sum donated also doing something wrong, and "buying the v**e"?

What is the difference between "their" money and ours? Is it only because they are rich ?

Many "rich" people and organizations support a constitutional republic as required by law (the constitution). Is that wrong in your mind?

You would do better if you get off this "blame the rich" kick, this is a political division tactic of dividing people into groups; black-white, rich-poor, men-women, etc. in order to obfuscate the real issues. You should think more about limiting the power of the politicians in order to curtail their ability to sell, put the bulk of the blame where it belongs;... on our out of control, ever expanding Federal government.

fom,

Note the following:

The first IPCC assessment report in 1990 claimed:

(quote)...[w]e predict ... [an] increase of global mean temperature during the [21st] century of about 0.3° C per decade (unquote)

The next IPCC report will come without an acknowledgement that warnings of “g****l w*****g” have given way to “c*****e c****e” and that the scientific data has shown that the average global temperature has not risen for more than 15 years. (we are in a natural cooling period; is an ice age coming, I would not predict that, but in keeping with the IPCC logic, I could.)

How's that for demonstrating their credibility and scientific abilities?? (By the way, the IPCC's chairman's degree is in political science, not climatology.)

This "g****l w*****g" effort is nothing more than a political movement, using legitimate concerns about the environment, to propose an extreme tax collection/redistribution program(s)..Cap and trade.

Sorry to say, the present Obama administration is part of this s**m..

I Agree...waste is stupid, even criminal sometimes.

But we must USE the land to live..Businesses use the land and its resources to make products for you (like the house you live in, the gas you put in your car, the computer you use in these forums - the list goes on...) so you can survive and live well and take care of your family. The farm lands feed you and me. We need to not confuse this harvest of useful products with "waste" which can sometimes make us react in an extreme manner if we really believe all these businesses are evil only want to make "profit" (dirty word).

I know several owners of small businesses and they are very aware of the environment and most are charitable people. I suspect that you, based on what you write in these forums, and as a private contractor, are also an up standing individual who is mindful of the environment and of others well being.

In my opinion much of the governments actions are meant to convince the citizens that they are victims and they (you and me) need an expanded all controlling government or we cannot survive. Their goal is more about government expansion (and increasing their control and wealth) than concern for our safety. Just my observation and opinion. We are definitely in a period of attempted "t***sformation" by this administration.

Any nation does best when its free citizens are in control of its own common destiny, as opposed to a central authority telling you what you must do.

I agree 100% when you say, that the current administration is practiced in the art of misdirection in order to pick our pockets and increase their control over the american people.
It appears that experience in Spin Tactics goes a long way on a job application for their circle of employees.
I like the one where they say that the AMA is in agreement with their decisions on health care. The t***h is that the American Medical Association is made up of only 23% of the doctors in the United States.
Even a million man march does nothing to get our point across to our elected politicians anymore. Our opinion means nothing in the scheme of things.
It scares me to think about where we will be 10 years down the road..

Government interference is avoided when possible. No rules at all mean anarchy and very quickly we would see the results.

fom,
"No rules at all"? No sane person is proposing no "rules at all", and it is hard to see where that thought (straw man) even came from..
The US constitution is a document that limits the Federal governments responsibilities and authority, we need to get back to it, practice EQUAL justice, not SOCIAL justice..

And presently "government interference is avoided when possible" is so far from the t***h that it is laughable. You can't really believe that ....The Federal government has just taken over the ENTIRE health care system, defined exactly what coverage the citizens can (and cannot) buy and if the citizens don't, they will be fined!! The Federal government has shut down all oil and gas exploration and drilling off shore on all coasts and is opposing the Keystone Pipeline which would be a boon to our economy and jobs market. (Non interference???) ( Oil shipping is now done by rail which is at least as hazardous as the pipeline.)
All increase in oil and gas production is being done on private land using a new recovery method (fracking) and the government (EPA) is trying hard to find a way to stop that !
(NON INTERFERENCE ??) Dream on..
