Will the middle notice the tax cut?

When Bush last cut taxes the middle was suppose to see a 1,200 yearly net gain. The problem is that that worked out to a little over $3 a day and it wasn't something anyone seemed to notice--save for the die hard conservative. Now according to Ryan this tax cut will put 1,182 into the wallets of an average family of four so again the question begged is other than the odd conservative will the middle even feel the world famous Trump tax cut?
I know you conservatives have already had your CPA's work the numbers and you will be getting thousands of dollars back but the question is about average and we all know there isn't a average con out there.
Now the point here is if only cons and the wealthy notice the tax cut will the tax cut help you guys reclaim your thrones or will the liberal propaganda machine expose the tax cut for the waste that it is?
