Mueller has seized thousands of Trump e-mails. Now the argument begins, whether they were obtained legally or not. For this thread I would like the liberals to answer this; If Trump surrogates had destroyed his servers or his administration hired a private company to wipe them clean what would be your reaction?

The emails in question were on government servers and no one using them had any expectation of privacy. Besides aren’t you sure they will display Trumps purity and innocence? Unlike a private server these are government property and illegal to destroy. The point is moot as they are now in the proper hands anyway.

The point is also moot because, unlike the Clintons, other Americans are subject to the rule of law.

The Clintons are retired, Bill survived his inquisition by Ken Star, all just for getting his pipes cleaned by a willing staff member. It is doubtful the pumpkinfurher will get off as easily, after all he conspired with a forign adversary against our country. Treason is far more serious than simple debauchery.

The part I was wrong about, Trumps purity and innocence, was satire.

So you’re admitting Hillary and her posse put government e-mails on private servers. She should be in jail.

No here’s where you’re wrong and Mueller made a hell of a blunder. He could not legally seize the Trump t***sition e-mails without a warrant. The t***sition team is a private entity. That’s how they file. Furthermore Flynn may be off the hook. If the reason the FBI interviewed Flynn was based on the bogus Fusion GPS dozier then the warrant used so the FBI could listen to Flyns conversations is what the legal community would call; fruit of the poisonous tree and inadmissible. Now you’ll argue and cut and paste but this is the Law.

Treason, like when Obama gave Islamic terrorist groups, including ISIS and Al Qada weapons? Or when he and his AG Holder gave Mexican drug cartels weapons n Operation Fast&Furious? When Bill Clinton enabled North Korea to develop a nuclear weapons program, or Obama helped Iran aquire nuclear weapons by ending sanctions , if they promise not to use their nukes or weapons, Has Iran ever kept a promise?Obama allowed Beau Bergdal to get o ree when he went AWOL. Other service members were k**led trying to ind him.

Doesn't matter what they had on their address and that is BS anyway. I am telling you what the law is. You can h**e Trump to high heaven but it shouldn't make you defend practices that are illegal. That's what's wrong with the country right now. People don't care what law's or parts of the Constitution are violated as long as it's they're side doing the violating. I'll never understand this.

When or if (Hillary) uses private property (server) for business (government) use, then all information belongs to the Government, including server, lap tops, phones. The very reason Hillary smashed the phones, and bit bleached the server, before the government could claim their properties.

Gee Kev how did you miss that little detail?

He may be the most clueless poster on OPP. He is so eager to give his side a pass and condemn the other side that he just spouts unconfirmed “facts”, hearsay, or outright lies. Exactly like what he accuses Trump of doing.
