Eden, what business are you in, Monkey Business?? As any buiness owner knows, money always flows from "them who have it to them that don't."

I don't know what kind of business you are in, but all evidence shows that money always flows to those who have money not to them that don't have money. Get real.

It does not matter, the poor and middle class always get the shaft,no matter who gets elected. My Daddy always said that " if the politicians are not crooked before they get elected, they will be after they get elected" why do you think they run for office "to fleece the Poor and Middle Class" The poor and middle class are the ones that keep this great country running. Just my take on politics!

How Tax Cut Bill Will Be Used To Cut Medicare, Social Security

I keep hearing of the Republicans stealing our Social Security that was billed by Democrats as your tax free 'saving account' that no one could touch, there when ever you needed it. But it was Jimmy Carter that started giving it away to ones that never paid a dime into it. A democrat congress that v**ed to 'borrow' it. A democrat congress that v**ed to tax it with Algore who cast the final v**e. It was obama that used it to build an upper middle class community that housed immigrants and their Beammers.

What a crock! But then you always see some clown believing it's the Republicans stealing it.

You could say 'any gain I receive from this new taxation I am returning'.

I'm confused I can see how a person just reaching v****g age can be a Democrat but how can someone of retirement age be a Democrat? Is it you never learned or never tried to learn at all? Especially these last few years when most don't even think democrats are even the other political party but a group dedicated to take our rights and control every move in life we make? As our own health care and out right to bare arms? To toss the Constitution in the trash to change to a Socialist utopia that has never worked and never will. Then there are the ones you chose to leads us. C*******t, criminals that sell out our nation to the highest bidder. All that drives your party is greed, h**e and the need to dictate and control others. Most of us don't need or want government to control our lives. I guess some that fail may need that but not most.

The Republicans have borrowed one and half TRILLION dollars to give huge tax cuts to Trump and his buddies and some scraps to us. They are borrowing money on our national credit card to buy us a Christmas president. We are being screwed and some of us actually like it.

I am happy to hear you refused to participate in social security. Do you know that your food stamps come from the taxes paid by others?

Not much. Until there is some sort of mass awakening the American people will continue to allow themselves to be herded into corrals for shearing.

The awaking is here and it’s not at all what you may think..

Just what do you suggest For the people not to be. herded in by a government that does as they please regardless of what we put them in office to do??

I’m curious and would love to read your solution..

I am a Democrat because the Republican position is and always has been the wealthy and powerful have the almost divine right to their position, and the responsibility of the rest is to obey and support that status. Nothing more clearly illustrates this than the current GOP tax "plan".

How much did the Dems add to our deficit??

I think it was some 9 trillion in eight years.,
What did we get in exchange??

Now Gluc you just have to admit that is a lot of money for nothing, right??

I know you advocate spending but I’m not so sure under what theory?

We send the same people back to represent us that are screwing us. It is our fault and we need to take responsibility and action to defend ourselves.

Just how would YOU have fixed the horrible mess our economy was in after Dubya left office--with millions losing their jobs, savings and homes? And the American auto industry facing bankruptcy?
