Now we know why so many of the whackos support the q***r movement, they are hoping to get away with their crimes when they get caught. I'll bet a lot of them even have sex with animals! I feel sorry for stray dogs in jersey!

The lawyer representing a professor charged with incest with his 24-year-old daughter has questioned why the alleged affair has been made public.

David Epstein was charged last week with one count of incest for what was allegedly a consensual three-year sexual relationship with his daughter.

The political science professor at Columbia University, 46, allegedly slept with her between 2006 and 2009.

Epstein, who specialises in American politics and v****g rights, is also said to have exchanged twisted text messages with the woman during their relationship.

Matthew Galluzzo, defending Epstein, has said that even though his daughter had emerged as a victim in the case, she could ‘best be described as an accomplice’.

He told ABCNews.com: ‘Academically, we are obviously all morally opposed to incest and rightfully so.

‘At the same time, there is an argument to be made in the Swiss case to let go what goes on privately in bedrooms.

‘It’s ok for homosexuals to do wh**ever they want in their own home. How is this so different?

‘We have to figure out why some behaviour is tolerated and some is not.’

And for the rest of the story:

Well, hell, when will we begin to understand what all these European countries and China say about what we consider both immoral and illegal sex? When will we get around to allowing parents to raise their own little sex objects? From that article I took these words: ***Consensual incest is also legal in China, France, Israel, the Ivory Coast, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain and Turkey, according to a 2007 report from the Max Planck Institute in Germany.

I guess once progressives completely take over our nation and do away with the Constitution maybe we will be at that point.

I failed to see anything in the article that compared incest to homosexual behavior. The lawyer did say that neither should be considered wrong, but as for comparison, it just isn't there.

Just another example of how far we have fallen. One of the things Marxists do is to destroy the morality of the nation they are trying to infect. Break down the moral fiber and there is no right or wrong, if it feels good do it. If it feels especially good you may no notice the rope being put around your neck. They have pretty well succeeded in the destruction of any hint of moral responsibility by most young people.

They surely have succeeded in that and when those young people find out what they have caused I don't think many of them will be very happy.

It's ok for homosexuals to do wh**ever they want in their homes. How is incest different?

The mentality of an individual to compare incest with homosexuality has to be questionable.

Incest is with his daughter, his own flesh and blood. Homosexuality is between two adults of the same sex.

Why is the GOP so interested in what others are doing in their bedrooms? Don't you have some jobs to create?

VA Gov. Ken Cuccinelli wants to keep their anti-sodomy law on the books to prevent homosexuals from having sex. In order to inforce this law would require a video camera in every bedroom in the state of Virginia. This would be an invasion of privacy, but who cares as long as we get our "man and woman", our "man and man", or our "woman and woman". Since 30% of heterosexuals have had anal sex and 75% of heterosexuals have had oral sex, those video's will provide some interesting viewing.

Mother Jones asked Mr. Cuccinelli's staff if he had broken any of the anti-sodomy laws, at this time there has been no response.

"The mentality of an individual to compare incest with homosexuality has to be questionable."

Why is the mentality questionable? Both acts have been deemed morally deficient for many thousands of years. When one deviates from societies norms there will be consequences, unfortunately some not so good.

"Incest is with his daughter, his own flesh and blood."

As they were both consenting adults, I would say they were both a bit sick and mentally deficient. If the father forced the daughter into the relationship, which may be the case, he should be castrated and made to have to squat to pee.

"Why is the GOP so interested in what others are doing in their bedrooms? Don't you have some jobs to create?"

I'll go along with that statement.

"Mother Jones asked Mr. Cuccinelli's staff if he had broken any of the anti-sodomy laws, at this time there has been no response."

Oh, by the way, are you still beating your spouse? I use the word spouse because I do not know what sex you are or if your spouse is of the same sex or not. Hell, you may not even have a spouse and have to beat up a blow up doll instead, who knows. Then again you may be the type who never has and never will have d*****t sexual practices. Gee, I wounder, but don't really care.

Since you do not care, why are you responding? Never mind, right wingers are always interested in what others are doing in their private lives.

It would seem that either you believe that consenting adults are free to interact with each other, sexually, or you don't.

If, however, you suggest that there are lines to be drawn, so be it. But do not say there are lines to be drawn while accusing those who draw the line differently - i.e. gay marriage - of being bigoted unless you accept your own bigotry - just with different "lines"

This is just one example that corroborates my theory with this whole (I am entitled to Happiness) gay Marriage. When I suggested that where are we as a society going to draw a line in the sand for consensual happiness. I was berated for suggesting precisely what happened in the above mention article. No the comparison to Gay marriage is not a valid one. All I was implying was "Where does it end" ? As a society are we going to simply continually abandon all semblance of a decency because the Majority find it acceptable?

If Mother Jones' question was or is pertinent as to Mr. Cuccinelli private life then my question to you is every bit as pertinent. I really don't care what your answer would be because it's no ones business but yours. All Mother Jones was trying to do is make Mr. Cuccinelli look bad to the public, any response to their question was a lose, lose proposition for him. Even the no response, is a response and he loses.

Poco means "little" in spanish, so no, I do not need a blow up doll. I do not think a man would want to be called little.

What I said in the email was that heterosexuals have the same sexual practices that homosexeuals do. I am not against d*****t sexual practices.

Yes, Mother Jones question to Mr. Cuccinelli about what he did in his private life was interfering in his personal life, just as he is interfering in the lives of others. Mr. Cuccinelli should have responded with an emphatic "NO", in this case not answering is a guilty answer. Conservatives often do not practice what they preach.

Scott DesJarlis R-TN is an excellent example of not practicing what you preach. When running for re-e******n, he ran on a pro-life platform. His website had an anti-a******n position: "All life should be cherished and protected. We are pro-life." After he won the v**ers found out that his wife had had two a******ns. When asked he replied "I am a white politician and I can do wh**ever I want".

Hey Poco, I like your response here. I wasn't accusing you of any of the stuff I asked, I was just trying to make a point which you acknowledge the both of us understood.

No matter what your (anyone) sexual practices are, they should be done with a consensual relationship well established ahead of time. But more importantly they should be practiced in private and not on public display in any manner.

"Conservatives often do not practice what they preach." That shoe fits the left too. The democrat party proclaims compassion and e******y, but most of the leaders could care less because as all good Marxist types know, "the ends justify the means". Honestly I do not think anyone is 100% in practicing what they preach, we are all guilty of violating our own rules from time to time.

How long ago did the Scott DesJarlis A******n Scandal take place? I guess I missed it. Opps, I read right passed your link. But it is just another example of lying politicians from all parties. It's a shame as a nation we can't do better, but we buy the sizzle instead of the steak.
