Obama wants troops to be accountable to UN

The 2014 United States e******ns will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014. During this midterm e******n year, all 435 seats in the United States House of Representatives and 33 of the 100 seats in the United States Senate will be contested in this e******n. Get out and V**E!!!!

A movement has been started by our armed forces to get out the v**e in 2014.. They are organizing themselves, but this can be done by all of us. The President, the Commander in Chief, has made the Rules of Engagement (ROE) so difficult, that our troops are often k**led before they can even get permission to fight. Nothing has been done to stop our troops from being murdered by the Afghanis they are training, either.

Now, the President wants the US to sign on to the UNs International Criminal Court (ICC), which would allow the UN's ICC to arrest and try US troops for War Crimes, without the legal protections guaranteed under US Law, and from which there is no appeal. The President, with his Democratic control of the Senate, has nearly all the power. If the Non-Establishment Republicans, and Conservatives, can take back the Senate in 2014, our troops can once again be protected from unnecessary danger. Please consider this, and send it on to your mailing lists.

Interestingly enough, when GWB was president you heard about the military deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan almost daily. With Obama in the White House, the mainstream media has been strangely quiet. ---

More than 1,000 American soldiers have lost their lives in Afghanistan in the last 27 months. This is more than the combined total of the nine years before. Thirty have died in August. During the last month, over 50 additional NATO and US servicemen have been murdered, inside jobs by those who are hired to be a force for good in Afghanistan.
The commander in chief is AWOL. Not a peep, although he ordered the White House f**g flown at half-staff for the Sikhs that were k**led. There is a deep disgust, a fury, growing in the ranks of the military against the indifferent incompetence of this president.

It has taken on a dangerous tone. No one knows what to do about him, but the anger runs deep as the deaths continue with no strategic end in sight to the idiocy of this war. Obama has had 4 years to end this futile insanity, during which time he has vacationed, golfed, campaigned, and generally ignored the plight of our men and women in uniform. But, there is now a movement afoot in the armed services to launch a massive get out the v**e drive against this president.

Not just current active duty types, but the National Guard, Reserves, the retired, and all other prior service members. This is no small special interest group, but many millions of veterans who can have an enormous impact on the outcome of the November e******n if they all respond.

The one million military retirees in Florida alone could mean an overwhelming victory in that state if they all show up at the polls. It might not keep another one hundred U.S. troops from dying between now and November, but a turn out to v**e by the military against this heart breaking lack of leadership can make a powerful statement that hastens a change to the indifference of this shallow little man who just lets our soldiers die.

I see no reason for our people to be on the ground in 118 countries around the world. Tell me one good outcome for us being in Serbia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Iran, Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, Honduras, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia since the Clinto era? I don't understand either parties continued illusion that the truly stupid are so eager to buy into bombing these people in the name of democracy. How can people be so stupid as to have bought the whole Saudi hijackers attacked us so we should bomb Iraq. WTF America. .

The active military v**e is very important, if not pivotal. That said, will their v**es even be counted? Many weren't last time around as they were "late." So said this corrupt administration.

I agree, 100%. A wise man once said, "always ask who benefits"? In this case it's the military contractors and all who hold big portfolios in the "defense" industry.

That's what Ron Paul said and the coalition of dems, rinos, and go along to get along politicians and bureaucrats called him a nut.

Just curious, how many of those children were armed? Just because someone is under the age of 21, doesn't mean they are innocent by any standard. You could be correct in that these were innocent little angels, but history would reason possibly otherwise.

That is, even though short, one of the most irrelevant, insulting, ignorant and anti-American posts I have ever read.

Brian; You are better than to make a comment like this to score points, rather than address the anger over this issue. If your ass was on the line like our troops, your attitude would be entirely different. Putting troops in harms way is one thing, to tie one hand behind their back with unreasonable rules of engagement is another. Volunteers or not, if our country uses military assets in combat, we have an obligation to put them in the best position to succeed and come home. That is not the case under the 'leadership' of our current Administration, hence the seething anger.

At the moment there is no good cause that should have our troops in harm's way. Bring them home. The last good cause was WWII. If the troops are not militarily engaged there is no conflict about rules of engagement. We should have never invaded Afghanistan.

Yes, yes, of course. We demand that other countries give up their rights when allied with us but don't expect us to do the same. We demand that other countries follow international law but don't expect us to. We do what we want, where we want and when we want. What does that remind you of?
