As you are all aware Obama has been going around trash talking the U.S. more specificaly President Trump. Hee has been going around stating that there is a temporary lack of leadership in the U.S.. WHy this SOB hasnt been aressted yet is truly beyond me. At the very least he should be severely chastized publically by this administration and have his passport revoked. Im no lawyer but it surely seems to me that he is breaking our federal laws by doing this. Am I right in this thinking?

Actually Poppa, The Logan act is basically about only Gvernment officals being allowed to go to foreign countries and talk about government policy along with the permission of the head of state. However, From what I have been reading lately that act has been being thrown around by the Dmeocrats in regards to President Trump and quite frankly it has never been used in the past since its inception due to its unconstitutionality. In any event the world leaders knows Obama is a hard core buffoon, fool and an empty suit and he is just making himself a bigger DICK than he already is the PUNK!!!!! I do think his passport or passports need to be revoked due to his treaonous and s*******s acts while in The Peoples House as well as a dirt bag douchebag civillian. I dont want my or anyone elses tax dollars allowing him and his s**t for a families grifting all around the world. He has so taken advantage of it, it makes me sick to my stomach!!!!!!!

Yes, there is a Federal Law, about talking bad about, President Trump, especially to Foreign Government's.
It's called the "Logan Act".
Obama is no better then any other citizen now, he is no longer, President, and therefore an "Unauthorized Citizen".

While he may be challenging the bounds of violation of the Logan Act he has not as yet made any deals with foreign governments that we know of. Also, and more influential in my opinion there is probably little political collateral to be gained in pursuing it. You have to remember our 'law makers' are politicians first. This was said during a "C*****e C****e Conference".
President Trump, has already pull the US out of that accord, now obama is attempting to influence other countries to go against the US, on this matter.
No other prior, President did this to obama while he was in office.
How about obama attending the "C*****e C****e" confrence in Chicago? Attempting to get States to go against the Federal Government on the matter.
The thing is, obama is nothing more then a privet citizen, he has no authority to speak for the Government anymore.

By doing this he is now in violation of 18 USC 2384 and 2385.
