Take the 5th Amendment like Lois Lerner did before the Senate. The same applies to 'anyone driving'...
If stopped, continue to ask " Am I under arrest?' " Am I free to go?". Get on your sell phone, call a friend, anyone
and when the ' cop ' comes to your window lower it 3 or 4 inches look straight ahead and tell him you have your
Attorney on the phone and this conversation is being recorded. { They h**e being 'recorded'} As for his name and badge number.
The best defense is a verbal offense eg ask him questions. As you look straight ahead tell him your ' attorney' { on the phone} tells me anything I say can
be held against me in a court of law and I am not to answer any questions. They really get frustrated and usually say " have a safe trip" (:

You have an obligation to produce your driving license and in most states registration and proof of insurance, to fail to do so is a misdemeanor that will subject you to arrest. There is a place for people who believe they are somehow sovereign citizens and not subject to things like drivers licences and plates for their cars, the place is the county jail. While there they can school the other inmates on their special understanding of the constitution.

A friend called me when 'pulled over' by a Hiway robber'. Told him he had his Attorney on the phone and was recording the discourse. He told cop his ' Attorney' advised him to '" Say Nothing"' based on 5th Amendment.

I am not a thug.
I tell them I don't care to ' CONTRACT' with them as they are a CORPORATION. Always ask for their name and badge number when pulled over. They h**e this😎
