4) HHS not helping states to plan for enrollment.
5) Cuts Funds to for advertisements for making Americans aware of the open enrollment period.

Enrollment started on Nov 1st and for the last ten days over 600,000 enrollees. Wow where did the so called Insurance carriers not writing policies come from.

Wow again with the GOP talking point that 2 million people dropped out of the ACA that was a Fox News favorite. But according to actual facts the so called 2 million just dropped the plan they had and upgraded to a better plan. So end that nonsense.

We have 16.5 million on the ACA we have a few problems with Primium costs, and Providers cherry picking districts where they will write policies. This is known as red lining which is illegal. But the HHS Secratary refuses to enforce the law.

What a misnomer and oxymoronic to call what Obama and the Democrats forced on the American people the "Affordable Care Act" (Obamacare), which is the only way Democrats can get their ideas into law and action, is by lying about it and forcing the American people to participate by forcing them to purchase something that they don't want or need.

If the law was any good, the American people wouldn't have to be forced to purchase what it mandates, for in a good law the American people would be fighting to particiate in it, and would gladly buy what it was offering, but who ever said a Democrat was smart enough to understand this, that wasn't lying about the claim.

We'll see if any people die because of Obamacare's financial death, to the relief of the American people, but we do know that thousands of our American veterans died because Obama was malfeasant at overseeing the "Veterans Administration", a prime responsibility and job of every President, but we didn't notice you warning the American people about those deaths when Obama and his admistration was ignoring our veterans and just letting them die.

Not a bad law it needs a little work. And by no means have I twisted facts. So instead of making a statement tell me where I am twisting the facts. We need to address premium cost and deductibles. Also the mandate fine should be increased to 10% not 1% that will insure all get there insurance. I am so tired of paying for people with no insurance they get sick or injured and we pay for it.

You say we need to look at the premium costs, which the government can't control, and by forcing the insurance companies to provide services that most Americans don't need or want (this is nothing but common sense), not allowing the American people to choose what coverage they want and can afford, you're actually driving the costs up for Obamacare.

Then there are the copays and deductibles that are extremely high, causing the insurance to be unaffordable to use by all but the rich, which you imply the government could force them to be lowered, but when lowering them you inrease the premiums far beyond what they are today, and what the American people already can't afford.

Then you say the fine should be increased to force more Americans, who would rather pay the penalty than pay for what they can't afford, who cannot afford the premiums, also not to be able to afford the fine, causing the American people to h**e the Democrats even more (please do this), and electing more Republicans to take their place in the US Congress.

"I am so tired of paying for people with no insurance they get sick or injured and we pay for it." That's just another liberal Democratic lie!

You paid for absolutely nothing, as the hospitals and doctors pick up the costs of the poors medical services, and if the poor couldn't afford to pay for those medical services, even with the federal government stipend to help them, which you really are paying for, not what you complained you were paying for before, how the hell do you expect the poor to pay for the unaffordable Obamacare premiums, not just when they get hurt and need the insurance, but every single month. Then when they can't afford to do that, how do you expect them to pay for the fine you want to raise by ten times of what it is now?

Ensuring that all veterans, Active, Guard, and Reserve service members and their families receive the support they deserve is a top priority for the Obama Administration. Since September 11, 2001, more than two million service members have deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan with unprecedented duration and frequency. Long deployments and intense combat conditions require optimal support for the emotional and mental health needs of our service members and their families. The Obama Administration has consistently expanded efforts to ensure our troops, veterans and their families receive the benefits they have earned and deserve, including providing timely mental health service. The Executive Order signed today builds on these efforts.
