Unfortunately people dont want to get involved...Or they just afraid.....Either way it makes us look bad...and then these things happen...

If you listen to the news,Bob you'd know that he couldnt get guns in Texas because he was dishonorably discharged from Air Force for domestic violence..He went to Colorado to get guns..I dont know why they didnt check the info...

If he passed a check it was a bureaucratic blunder by the Airforce that allowed this guy to buy guns. They never informed the FBI about the dishonorable discharge. Rumor is he was also heavily medicated much of the time.

We now know... the US Air Force personnel FAILED to post the man's criminal history... the feds had no knowledge thus the gun dealers had no knowledge they were dealing with a felon.. a certified whack-job.

If he could buy guns in Colorado what makes you think he couldn't buy guns in Texas? The point you seem to have missed is that the Air Force fuked up and didn't send in his information so he could buy guns anywhere. Of course if there were no semi-autos to buy it wouldn't have been a problem....
