As reported by Daily Freeman News, a New York county legislator was seen on a police dash cam having a major meltdown after she was stopped by a police officer for speeding.
Ulster County Democrat Legislator Jennifer Schwartz Berky was pulled over in Kingston, New York earlier this year by Officer Gary Short.
Around the 1:30 mark in the video, Berky parks her car in a parking lot after being pulled over by Short.
When Short asks Berky for her license and registration, Berky begins explaining that she had renewed her registration despite it being expired on her car.
Berky begins hyperventilating, claiming that she has PTSD, and complaining to Short about how inconvenient it is for her that he was giving her a ticket for speeding.
