The White House doesnt want your friends and family to see this report that reveals 11 million workers will pay higher premiums because of the presidents health care law.

There are roughly 5.7 million of those who have less than 50 employees. That means the ACA mandate only applies to 3 % of small businesses!

Technically, more than that will pay higher premiums. About the only ones that are making out better on premiums:
-swapped from low to high deductible plan
-was discriminated with a high premium due to a pre-existing condition
-was going to need insurance but now covered by parents plan to age 26
But when a person is only concerned with the premium cost, it is a tell they rarely use any of the benefits because the premium is only part of costs when healthcare is needed.
If you look at the big picture, the overall costs due to the ACA has much greater value. Pre-ACA, the market could only drive premiums down by limiting benefits. That kept folks happy while they were healthy but they soon found out how much of a rip off one of these low premium plans were when they went to use it and had high out of pocket costs, were denied continued benefits due to reaching the annual limit or were denied altogether because they now had a pre-existing condition when it was time to renew the plan.

I am conservative but dissagree with hard right political tactics such as redistricting to disinfranchise minority and poor v**ers who might v**e for Democrats. How intelligent people can think Ted Cruz is a hero for causeing a government shutdown is beyond me. Cutting services seems to be a way the right wants to reduce debt but they will fight to the end to give breaks to the "job creators" who already enjoy a huge amount of tax breaks. The oil companys pay no taxes yet they make billions in profit yearly. What is fair about this.

I see Obama caused the shut down because he refused to give in to hard right demands. Because Democrats refused to kiss ass tehy caused the shutdown. Very one way. The shut down was the threat.
