God’s ideas and satan’s ideas

God appeals to your intellect, while satan appeals to your emotions. We should think before we speak or act, and withhold judgment until all the facts are presented. Satan encourages knee jerk reactions to situations where all of the facts are not presented. A Godly person will withhold judgment and not speak or act until they can determine the best course of action. Once you say something it can’t be unsaid, once you do something it can’t be undone. Make sure the words you speak are sweet. You may have to eat them later. God’s word is a shield. A shield is useless if it is laying on the ground when the arrow is fired.
