There was never a repeal of aca offered.The only way to repeal of aca is to get the government funding out of the healthcare.The aca never was a medical insurance program,it was nothing more than

We will see how this plays out , the insurance across state lines is something I believe was tryed in some states years ago. Prablem with it there are only so many insurance companies
Remember Cigna raseing rates 39% in Calif for no reason but just because they could, so they gave there CEO 20 million bonus. And they whine about taking people with preexisting conditions.
