You got it exactly right. Gowdy is nothing if not a straight shooter. No bulls**t in the guy whatsoever. And Putin was pretty right on the mark if he called Obama a school boy. He and his fellow Congressmen can Constitutionally dictate what money will be spent where. The President can defy them and not do it, but when he does, he is acting unconstitutionally. Now if that is all right with you, when we get a President from another party in office, you remember what you currently think is just peachy. CONGRESS IS CONSTITUTIONALLY BIDDEN TO CONTROL THE SPENDING - that's why I call Congress one of the US worst enemies. The other one is the President who is reckless and careless and spends without the proper authority to do so.

Lets just see how dumb you are ricky....Now do you really think a tea bagging i***t like gowdy by himself is going to dictate to the President of The United States what he can or can not do by proposing a POS bill that will go no where? How many other i***ts in congress you think will side with him and actually try and pass something this stupid? If they were stupid enough to pass something like this it will be DOA in the senate.
