Don't you just love that old IRS? One of these days they may even get some people working there that have enough smarts to come in out of the rain..................

I do not believe this is a legal document. I did not see where it was notarized.

The funny thing is that this kids letter in crayon makes more sense than most of the protest signs carried by the teabaggers!

If I swiped $5.00 from your wallet while you resisted, would you call it theft? Would you want me punished?

If I requested $5.00 from your wallet would you call that theft? Would you want me punished?

When did you v**e, giving your permission, for the IRS to demand money from you under threat of imprisonment?

If you didn't say the IRS could have it, but they imprisoned you, what would you call that?

O.K. We do have an amendment within our Constitution giving the power to the government to take as much of our money as it chooses to take. Have you ever read the list of taxes that re tacked on to activities and other entities?

COMMENTS: Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago and our nation was the most prosperous in the world, had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the world and Mom stayed home to raise the kids. Buttwipe is it??? Just for posting something I thought was funny? Tell you what inyourface. Get a life and get some manors. You really are a pathetic little worm and if you ever had a sense of humor, it sure got lost somewhere along your miserable life. I say miserable, because you must really be a pathetic miserable little jerk to dump on someone like this for no reason. I guess being a progressive does that to people. The only reason you are down on the greedy rich is because you are never going to be one. Your going to stay in your pathetic little worm riddled hole and be mad at everyone that does better then you simply because you are to lazy to get off your butt and apply yourself. Like I said, get a life and grow up..............

The child is six years old. I doubt that he would owe any taxes. Just a question, but do you ever read the links before you comment?

It's really cute but like so much on the internet, I doubt it actually occurred.

I do agree, the internet is now full of more misinformation than helpful or even t***hful information. I love my books, those that have been around and no one has put a spin on them yet. Here is a true story. My husband passed away. I did all the notifications, including filing his last returns and I enclosed a certified copy of his death certificate. Two years later, the IRS sent him a letter asking for his change of address. True story.

Boring story; however, here it is.

After my mother-in-law passed away, I attempted to have her phone service cancelled. They customer service told me they would have to speak to my mother-in-law. I explained she had passed away. The young woman told me three more times they had to talk to her. I asked if they would call her at a new number to discuss the matter. The young woman said she would. I asked if after speaking to her could she call me back. She agreed to this, as well. I gave her the telephone number for the cemetery office. Thirty minutes later a supervisor called to inquire why I had given such a number. I informed them the customer service rep refused to understand my mother-in-law could not call to cancel her phone service. Needless to say it took all restraint I had not to say truly unkind things as to brains and/or laugh hysterically thinking of the response at the cemetery when they asked for my mother-in-law.

Look at my newest comment. My answer would be you should have provided the cemetery address, along with plot number.

Not boring. I wish I had done this for the IRS. I wonder, because he is buried in a veterans cemetery, if they would have recognized the number. I wish I had given them a COA with his new address. But, I simply had a lawyer send them a letter and again attach a copy of his death certificate. So far, so good.

Yours is somewhat more understandable. I could not understand why she could not understand when I changed my verbiage to, "she died" then went to, "she is dead". I was chortling under my breath when the manager called.
