I had to quit work to enjoy it. But when I worked, the ones who worked with me knew not to bother me until 10am. Someone asked me how I got away with that and I reminded them that you couldn't talk to my boss until 10:30.
It used to be quite around here at night (my husband was a morning person), but now my grandson is downstairs yacking loudly with friends. It's music to my ears.

The brain is foggy but waking & not falling back to sleep the computer seemed like a good way to waste a little time.

I resent that. Communicating with me is not a waste of time. In the morning I'm a grouchy old witch, but now I'm a enthusiastic teenager.

Well it seems that I am not wasting my time now that I have found a living breathing body to converse with.
But I don't buy into feeling as young as you do.
While I don't like to think that I am a grouch in the mornings. I am not as cheerful as later in the day.
Scratch that. I think I should say that I am a little short of being grouchy early. But still short of being cheerful later in the day.
