Very true Rob, but most Americans are too stupid to realize it. Nobody in the USA was ever denied medical treatment or assistance, but every time the government gets more of it's tenacles into our private medical system, or any part of private businesses through regulations and overtaxation, the more the costs go up, and the less services and products are available for the poor and middleclass Americans.
My father died befor I turned 6 years old, and I was the eldest of five children, and my mother raised us all in the 50s and 60s as a waitress, yet we always received all the medical attention we needed, including immunizations, as everyone could afford medical treatment in those times by one way or another. Then President Johnson and the Democrats came up with the 'Great Society' plan, a way the socialists could take over the USA once and for all through controling the American people's lives through the rationing of medical services through Medicaid and later Medicare, and people's livelihood through entitlement programs for people who could meet their standard of joblessness, would never have to work again and receive benefits for the rest of their lives, from the taxes of those who would work.
Every time the federal government instituted another medical program (Medicaid and then later Medicare) the cost of medical services jumped significantly much higher each time, as has also been done with the misnomer of a law called the 'Affordable Care Act' (Obamacare), as also have services and products whenever they instituted more regulations and higher taxes on our businesses. Today the cost of living is so high that people are only working to keep up their high payments for what used to be cheap enough (do you remember the cost of healthcare insurance, with low copays and low deductibles, before Obamacare became law), that people had much discretionary money left over to spend on vacations or other things they liked, to enhance their life styles and improve their standard of life, from poor to middleclass, and middle class to the new rich. But the American people cannot do the same today, thanks to the federal government getting involved in all our lives and our businesses, that the US Constitution does not allow them to do, but the US Constitution is violated with the excuse that it is good for the people or better for everyone. But in actuality it is to make working s***es out of all Americans, where the socialist can run everything, and those running the country then live like kings and queens, as they do today.
Our Congress are the richest people in the world as a group, by the time their days in office are over. Today only government career employees are what is left of the American middleclass, because government employees' pay is so much higher than that of the American people's averaged income. Government employees' pay is more than double today than what the average American pay is. Government employees are especially privileged today, because of the benefits their unions have coerced from their elected bosses, because those elected to Congress no longer look out for the American taxpayer. Today the difference between what the average American gets, compared to what career government employees get for doing the same jobs, is truly and totally monsterously shameful.
If we could only get the federal government out of our lives, and allow what the US Constitution guarantees for all our people in the 'Bill of Rights', e******y of opportunity for all, then the exceptional will once again be allowed to exceed in their endeavors, while the nonexceptional either accept their plight, or work harder to also become exceptional and exceed in their endeavors, then our standards of living will once again start increasing, making many poor into middleclass people, and many middleclass people into the new rich. This instead of Obama's and the Democrats stagnant society, where they tell us we have to accept less for all people to have income e******y, while they rob from the rich and working class, to take care of the poor and guarantee the poor a good livelihood without ever having to work again, through the taxes of those who are working hard trying to better their lives, and the federal government becoming partners in private businesses by over regulating them, and over taxing them to maintain the socialist staus quo. But socialism keeps things costing more through federal government intervention into our free markets, and driving up costs where nobody can afford anything without working their lives completely away, unable to enjoy all the things that Americans once enjoyed in our past, when the federal government didn't interfere in our lives by trying to ensure all people are equal in wealth, by keeping everyone poor and dependent on the federal government, istead of creating an independent American people, like in our past.

America was the greatest, most popular destination for intricate medical procedures most of the world had ever known. People would come from every corner of the world to get medical treatment that was not available in about 90% of the world. And the impoverished citizens, legal or illegal who needed medical treatment, and couldn't afford the increasing price of the government controlled "intra"-state medical insurance, HAD to be served at ER's, or could be assisted by their church or by many wealthy American donors who cared. "Inter" state, private insurance was about the only necessary change that had to be made to maintain one of-the-best medical environments in the world, and Obama, with the assistance of the entire "lefty" Party, without a single conservative v**e, turned our American medical system into the beginning of a long-planned "lefty" take-over of and eventual c*******t "single-payer" system, not effecting the "law makers in Congress, that is "to-die-for!!!" Government bureaucrats from DC, deciding for the new-breed assembly-line doctors, who, if not first aborted, would live or die. Family and the actual doctors having absolutely no say, as was recently the case in the British "single-payer" medical system, in their loved-ones treatment. Hummmmmmmmm. And there are a few Benedict RINO'S in Congress who now, after 7 years of "Grubering" America, running and getting elected on "R & R," {repeal and replace} ObamaCare, not actually healthcare, but an American "wealth t***sfer" system, seem to be Trump {and America} h**ers, v****g, against their campaign promises to America, to continue the rapidly failing ACA. Hummmmmm, again.
America was the greatest, most popular destination... (
