YES,We have a Departmenty of Justice,it means,QUICK,hide EVERYTHING ,thats not in the public interest,and screw everyone else....

A federal court must be on federal land. It says so; forts, ports, armories and buildings. There are 800 plus federal judges. Lets say 3 courts per state of state. State of Oregon has three. If these courts are not on federal land they have no court. they have color of law, legal fiction.
There is a map that shows every piece of federal land. Every federal property must have an act by the state legislature agreeing to selling land to the feds. No legislative act no federal property.
When I was in PAG Across America. We did the research on the Mulheur Refuge. Where the cowboys in Eastern Oregon located. Near where Robert Lavoy Finicum was murdered. Bundy et al. were tried and found not guilty. We found that their website was a lie they never owned the refuge land. From the beginning. They proved in court, that it was not possible because of FDR in the 30's. So, the feds lied twice.
I have proven that the Mark O. Hatfield Federal Building 1000 SW 3rd Ave. Portland is on Oregon. Not federal land. The title says United States of America. The 6 plots of land on the block were confiscated by emanate domain. I saw the copies from The GSA. The owners were paid, and it was never recorded. The records are sealed by a court order. There are no deeds to be found. However, the tax bills for the plots of land the building sits on go to six different addresses. It is not on the federally owned property map.
I reported this to the court and the DOJ. They refuse to take action. A deputy clerk of the court told me,"we have federal Article III judges but not a federal Article III court." How can that be. They advertise it, they have a chief judge, clerk of court, a huge building???
How many of the 150 or so federal courts are in the same situation??? It is no wonder we cannot find justice in law or equity. It is unavailable. Only color of law is available. all the BAR agree to the legal fiction. They are criminal allegedly...
