I figured it out by creating the forum. If you create a forum, once you post it for a brief time you can edit the title. Over your name is a space saying "Edit Title".
Look back up at my initial post, over my name, over that is "Bookmark:Watch" and above that is "Edit Topic".

When you write a post then send, down on the lower portion, it may even be after someone else's quotes, "edit." Then push "edit' and your post will come up that says preview. Then, do your editing and resend it. Hope this helps. Live Love from the great Republic of Texas!

It was editing a title, not a response. I actually setup this forum to figure it out. I thank you for taking the time to offer help. :-D
