I don't often agree with this "f**e news" guy, however, in this case, he may have a point. The poverty in N.K is so great it would seem unlikely that the average citizen can not afford a decent running car much less the gas to run it on. It the only place that you can waltz across a main thoroughfare and not get run over unless it was a government vehicle.
