Kevin Shipp held several high-level positions in the CIA. A very good video. It goes a long way to explaining why obvious criminality on the part of our leading political figures goes unpunished. It also explains why government is absolutely not responsive, to the needs and demands of the citizens of this nation. Truman screwed the pooch when he allowed the wartime OSS to morph intio the CIA. I see no remedy other than the Convention of States revision of the constuitution to establish term limits for all Federal provisions, outlawing any secret societies or organizations and alter the structure of all secret agencies so that they are fully accountable and cannot initiate independent actions, without the approval of Congress. The Constitution needs to state explicitly that it can never be superceded our suspended by any other law.
