It's very rare for a man- young or old- to have self respect if he has no meaningful employment. People who have no self-respect do not respect others.

To get employment, one must exert him-herself and spend time and energy learning something that t***slates into employable sk**ls.

Black kids who drop out of school for wh**ever reason(s) will rarely enjoy any employment for they are simply a worthless element in society.
