There never was and still is not a recognition of "sanctuary status"...the term itself does not have an established legal meaning...

It will be interesting to see how the Supreme Court will interpret all this stuff going on with funding and states right to it when they aren't adhering to the laws...and that suspect the Federal funding for them willl be a long process in getting it too..

I love America unfortunately the modern conservative movement has screwed it up Royally The reforms in the 1930's with the new deal for Americans had the country on a good track then Conservatives decided to turn the county right and has now turned it so far to the right it has fallen off a cliff.

You are delusional at best, I have lived in Oregon for many years now and let me be the one to lay the well known t***h to anyone... Oregonian people can't stand most of the California thing...and won't be leaving the Union any time soon..now, what is a potential...ever so slightly..the state of Jefferson has been proposed...nor Cal and the southern half of Ore...You prune pickers.. talk about America can't go it alone...but you think Californication will have no problem on your own... delusional at best...

Considering the number of Soviet agents and fellow travelers were part of the FDR administration, records indicate around 300, often in high positions, according to the Venona papers, the direction towards a Soviet style moved a lot toward the left, which should please you no end. You might consider reading None Dare Call it Treason, and the follow up book None Dare Call it Treason 25 years later and learn the t***h plus FDR New Deal or Raw Deal. but I doubt you would believe history which does not agree with your concepts.
