Maybe we don't need any statues at all. The idea of a statue of Rosa Parks, already done and future ones to Chavez, Anthony, etc. makes my stomach flip. Maybe we should go away with history if it's rewritten in order to offend no one. What good does it do?

Just guessing, from 1836 on as that year Texas became independent from Mexico, wetback from then to now.
