Have you noticed that the other guy always says someones else's congressman is a crook but his is fine?
When for the most part the vast majority of them on both sides are bad news and have no loyalty to those that put them in power!
I fear we're in a lot of trouble as I don't think this can be solved through the regular political process

You kinda got it. Self serving crooks in both parties. They just fight over the spoils of victory.
BUT; Big Money, the powers that be that own the MSM, gets politicians elected, with fools throwing in chump change.
That is who politicians work for, and they get their cut.
