I may not be a big fan of Sherriff Joe Arpaio but I am able to recognize that the time line in which Sherriff Joe was ordered by the court to stand down regarding the questioning of people for potential violations of immigration, came at a time when Barack Obama decided he simply did not agree with Public Law 414 Title II Chapter I Section 212 I*********n l*w passed June 27, 1952, outlining the criteria which deny entry into the US those individuals and Groups who, have literature, attempts to distribute literature, which teaches, follows, subscribes to, doctrine which is contrary to The United States Constitution and laws of our land...

Where was your moral high ground and indignation while Obama ordered Border Patrol Agents to stand down and turn a blind eye to the mass illegal entries into our nation...In addition, Obama facilitated mobilizations of the i*****l i*********n by providing t***sportations in the form of stretch vans, that were driven down to the border and pick up and t***sport i*****l i*********n into our nation, expediting their ability to disperse and disappear into our nation's cities...

Obama's order to the Border Patrol Agents was accompanied with consequences should they decide to do their rightful and lawful duty and protect our borders from this insurgency orchestrated by the Obama Administration... One of those consequences included the use of Federal District Courts to impose court orders to control the Local Law enforcement who are not under the direct command of the President... Sherriff Joe Arpaio is living proof that this actually occurred and has been victimized by our Courts through the express direction of Obama...

I submit Senator McCain that Sherriff Joe Arpaio at great risks to himself and his family stood alone in his efforts to follow the very rule of law you accuse him of violating...After a 50+ year committing himself to the safety of citizens as well as our nation and under the sacred oath taken to protect our Constitution against all threats both foreign and domestic...

I absolutely and unequivocally support the Full and Complete Pardon of any wrong doing on the part of Sherriff Joe Arpaio with regards to a contempt citation which was drafted with such a broad stroke and violated of Public Law 414 Title II Chapter I Section 212 and submit that Sherriff Joe Arpaio was one of few in Law Enforcement that stood up to the Tyranny with out fear and his exemplarily conduct and dedication to the citizens of Maricopa County and the United States Citizenry, shall in debt us to him for his service above and beyond the call of duty...

In addition I question all those who did nothing to help protect our Constitution and our citizenry from the refusal of then President Obama to "faithfully execute the law" in violation of Article II...why has he not been held accountable for his egregious actions which directly impacted a court to also violate Public Law 414 by issuing a court order in direct conflict of Law on the book passed June 27, 1952 and revised in 1967...

Nobody seems to care that the courts chose to not enforce the law. Sheriff Joe was merely enforcing the law as it was written. Everybody expected Hillary to be elected. Joe didn't have a chance he was set up and deserved a pardon. Macain is a Democrat in his heart!
